14-Day Return Policy

At Streambox, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms below:

Eligibility:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Used or damaged items not due to our error.

• Items marked as final sale or non-returnable.

Return Process:

• Contact our support team at support@streambox.com to initiate your return.

• We’ll provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions.

• Ship the item back to the address provided (customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect).

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges:

• Need a different size or product? Contact us, and we’ll help arrange an exchange, subject to availability.
